The eCommerce Digital Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, briefing, and executing both online and offline campaigns to support marketing objectives across hypermarket and clothing retail segments. This role plays a key part in driving customer engagement, increasing traffic, and ultimately boosting revenue.
Website Management: Brief in homepage banners, campaign pages, and strip banners. Ensure all website campaigns support key marketing objectives (e.g., traffic growth, customer acquisition, revenue generation). Keep website content current, relevant, and aligned with ongoing campaigns.
Social Media: Develop the monthly social media content calendar in alignment with broader marketing plans. Brief in both organic and paid social media content. Plan, brief, and manage paid social media campaigns, including budget and audience targeting. Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance.
Influencer Marketing: Work with external agencies to plan, brief, and manage influencer campaigns. Approve influencer selection and content to ensure brand alignment. Track and report on campaign performance and ROI.
Email Marketing: Plan, brief, and execute email marketing campaigns in collaboration with the digital team. Track and report on engagement metrics and overall performance.
Paid Media: Plan, brief, and execute paid media campaigns in collaboration with the media agency. Optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversion. Provide regular reports and insights.
Events: Support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing events. Coordinate, promotional activities, and on-site activations. Brief in and execute all marketing collateral for events. Run integrated campaigns to support event awareness and participation.
Internal Communication: Collaborate with the internal communications team to ensure employee engagement with marketing initiatives. Develop internal-facing marketing materials to promote awareness and participation.
Public Relations (PR): Support PR planning and execution with the Marketing Manager and PR agency. Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all PR efforts.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal stakeholders across merchandising, category management, and web teams. Ensure campaign deliverables align with business goals and brand guidelines.
