Introduction

We are seeking a talented Digital Campaign Manager to join our team in Parkwood, Johannesburg. If you are passionate about creating, optimizing, and analyzing digital campaigns, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Administration: Plan digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising; maintain a social media presence across all digital channels; measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Budget Management and Reporting: Manage campaign budgets and ensure delivery on time and within budget; prepare AdOps reporting (monthly/quarterly); track and report campaign performance, including engagement, conversion data, and other key metrics; build and report on PCAs (Performance/Client Analysis) to provide actionable insights.
  • Campaign Management and Implementation: Set campaign goals, identify target audiences, compile budgets, and create campaign content; design and launch advertisements; ensure proper storage of all campaign information and maintain company norms for organization; assist with implementation, including setting up distance windows, landing pages, reports, and PCAs; participate in weekly optimization meetings; find live ads for proof of flight documentation and build POF (PLR) documents; optimize campaigns to ensure successful delivery.
  • Monitoring Campaign Performance: Track and analyze metrics while campaigns are live, including audience reach, engagement, CPC/CPA, SERP ranking, traffic, and revenue; maintain open communication with other campaign managers; identify and raise any potential issues during campaign execution.
  • Analysis of Campaign Results: Compare actual results versus planned results and assess KPIs such as views, clicks, reach, and impressions; track conversions and measure against projected results; provide insights from analysis to improve future campaigns.
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field; 1–2 years of campaign management experience (within VM or similar systems).
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong verbal and written English; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite; knowledge of digital marketing metrics and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager); analytical mindset with attention to detail; ability to exercise judgment to select appropriate procedures, practices, and methods for tasks.
  • Other Requirements: Ability to calculate figures and apply basic algebra and geometry concepts; ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and regulations; ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and stakeholders.
