An established and forward-thinking organisation is seeking a Digital and Marketing Coordinator to join its dynamic marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook / Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Manage and grow social media presence through engaging content and community management
- Develop and run email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and automation (Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Collaborate on website content updates and implement SEO best practices
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
- Report on KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, website traffic, engagement rates, and conversions
- Coordinate with creative teams to produce high-quality marketing materials
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 4 years' experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Previous experience with a digital marketing agency is advantageous
- Proficient with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO, SEM, PPC strategies
- Familiar with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot
- Strong content development, analytical, and communication skills
- Comfortable working with CMS platforms like WordPress
