An established and forward-thinking organisation is seeking a Digital and Marketing Coordinator to join its dynamic marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook / Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Manage and grow social media presence through engaging content and community management
  • Develop and run email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and automation (Mailchimp, HubSpot)
  • Collaborate on website content updates and implement SEO best practices
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
  • Report on KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, website traffic, engagement rates, and conversions
  • Coordinate with creative teams to produce high-quality marketing materials
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in digital marketing or social media management
  • Previous experience with a digital marketing agency is advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO, SEM, PPC strategies
