A progressive digital agency is seeking a Digital Account Director / Performance Director to drive integrated performance across SEO, Paid Search, and Paid Social. This remote role involves leading client relationships, executing impactful strategies, and mentoring teams, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing and data-driven decision making. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years’ experience in an agency environment and excellent communication skills.
This role is remote-based and open to South African applicants based in South Africa, working Monday to Friday, UK working hours. We partner with ambitious brands across the UK and Middle East to deliver real, measurable growth.
As we expand our footprint in Dubai, we’re looking for a Digital Account Director / Performance Director to join our team and drive integrated performance across SEO, Paid Search, and Paid Social. This is a senior, client-facing role where strategy, storytelling, and results intersect.

Lead client relationships across Dubai and the wider client base, acting as the trusted strategic partner to senior stakeholders and decision‑makers.

Build and execute high‑impact, integrated strategies across SEO, Paid Search, and Paid Social — designed to drive qualified leads, revenue growth, and lasting ROI.
Bring the data to life.
Use GA4, Looker Studio, and advanced analytics to translate insights into compelling stories that guide client decisions.
Inspire and elevate.
Mentor and empower our SEO, Paid Media, and Analytics teams to deliver work that turns heads and moves metrics.
