Lenasia Renal Centre is seeking a Registered Nurse/Independent Clinical Technologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Gauteng. The role focuses on delivering safe, patient-centered dialysis care and coordinating within the care team to improve outcomes.

The successful candidate will contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement and ongoing patient education, working in a collaborative renal care environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing or BTech in Clinical Technology.
• Registered with SANC as RN/Midwife or
• Registered with HPCSA as Clinical Technologist (Independent Practice).

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based dialysis care placing patient goals at the centre.
• Promote care coordination with the multidisciplinary team.
• Assist in clinical governance, audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor patient outcomes and support patient self-management.
