Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in dialler administration or campaign management.
• Hands-on experience with Omni and/or Vicidial is mandatory.
• Background in contact centre operations, preferably in sales or collections.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy outbound campaigns on Omni and Vicidial.
• Manage the full lead lifecycle: importing, validating, and segmenting leads.
• Produce performance reports, providing insights to management.
