A retail industry client is seeking a hands-on self-starter to manage the day-to-day operations of a dialler system. Responsibilities include dialler optimization and operational support. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in retail, telecommunications, or financial services within a call center. A Grade 12 qualification and relevant tertiary education are preferred.
Our client in the retail industry is seeking a hands‑on self‑starter with experience in administering dialler systems to join their dynamic and fast paced dialler operations team.
You will be required to take ownership and accountability for administering the day‑to‑day operations of the dialler i.e. dialler optimization, operational support, business/risk strategy etc.
