Your primary responsibility will be to oversee compliance of project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and dhk's BIM best practices, ensuring consistent software use, regular data exchanges and adherence to established modelling standards.Strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities
Managing standards and support teams :
- Implement ISO standards and best practices across projects while managing BIM models and processes throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with project teams, clients and contractors to ensure seamless BIM integration and successful implementation
- Develop, update and enforce BIM standards, procedures, documentation and workflows alongside BIM Managers
- Train, mentor and support staff on BIM best practices while assisting with automation to enhance productivity and maintain standards
- Provide support for electronic file submissions and data interoperability
- Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies
Software management :
- Manage, install and support BIM-related software in collaboration with BIM Managers, IT support and software vendors
- Liaise with developers' support staff to resolve technical issues and research new efficiencies, automations and tools
- Maintain expertise in AEC software packages, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, Recap Pro, AutoCAD and Autodesk Docs (ACC / BIM)
Training :
- Support BIM Managers in training staff on Revit and other AEC software, including orientation for new team members
- Maintain professional competency through ongoing training and development and share insights from industry events with the team
Project team interface :
- Provide hands-on project support, including modelling, detailing and project setup on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and other CDE platforms
- Create custom Revit families, manage asset data (COBie, Uniclass, Omniclass) and audit project file health in alignment with dhk BIM standards
- Implement and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), manage clash detection processes and resolve project-specific BIM challenges with BIM Managers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field with SACAP registration preferred
- Minimum three years of BIM Coordination experience and five years in the architectural field, with strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and Autodesk CDE platforms
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of construction and documentation processes for large-scale projects
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and clients
- Additional skills: Serve as the primary contact for BIM-related enquiries, collaborating with the BIM Managers to provide guidance and support while maintaining project file health and system compliance
- Possess a strong understanding of BIM principles, software platforms and clash detection, with skills in Revit API, C#, Python, Rhino, Blender or SketchUp considered beneficial
- Collaborate with the dhk BIM team and BIM committee to promote best practices, oversee committee strategy and contribute to workflow improvements through AI and generative tools
- Conduct audits, generate health reports and adapt flexibly to varied deployment across multiple projects to meet BIM goals
