Job summary

Old Mutual Limited is hiring a DevSecOps Engineer to integrate security into our DevOps practices. You will lead automated security testing, manage vulnerabilities, and design security monitoring across AWS and Azure environments.

You will mentor junior engineers, work with cross-functional teams, and enforce secure IaC and configuration baselines. A senior level with cloud security expertise is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related discipline or equivalent.
• 5+ years in DevOps, cloud engineering, cybersecurity or platform security.
• Proven DevSecOps leadership and secure enterprise delivery pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead security automation within CI/CD pipelines and advance automated testing.
• Oversee vulnerability scanning and remediation processes.
• Design and maintain comprehensive security monitoring solutions.
• Drive incident response efforts and continuous improvement.
• Enforce security in Infrastructure as Code and secure configurations.
• Establish security governance policies and compliance standards.
• Mentor junior DevSecOps engineers and collaborate cross-functionally.
