You will be the architect of truth for the business, ensuring that data is not just accurate and secure, but optimized for speed and insight. You will solve the "data silo" problem, integrating disparate sources into a cohesive, high-speed reporting ecosystem.

• Evidence of Achievement: You have a track record of not just writing SQL code, but optimizing it. You can point to a specific project where your intervention reduced load times, fixed a broken pipeline, or automated a tedious manual process.
• The "Hybrid" Skillset: You are not just a Database Administrator (DBA) or just a Report Writer. You possess the "Golden Triangle" of skills: Deep Database Architecture (SQL/T-SQL), Advanced Engineering (ETL/SSIS/Python), and Business Intelligence Visualization (Power BI/SSRS/DAX).
• Problem Solver: You don't wait for a ticket. You proactively identify bottlenecks in the data infrastructure and propose solutions before they impact the business.
