Job summary

A growing finance team in Gauteng is seeking a detail-orientaed individual to handle supplier invoices and payments. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Finance, at least 2 years of experience in finance administration, and proficiency with Sage Accounting. This full-time role requires strong Excel skills and the ability to work under pressure. Reliability in transport is essential for this on-site position.

Qualifications

  • Matric / Grade 12.
  • Minimum 2 years in a finance administration role.
  • Must have reliable transport or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

  • Capturing supplier invoices on Sage.
  • Loading supplier payments on Online Banking.
  • Attending to supplier queries related to invoices and payments.
  • Processing payroll payments every fortnight.
  • Reconciling cashier shift balancing spreadsheets daily.
  • Verifying CIT cash collections and bank deposits daily.
  • Reconciling EFT bank deposits daily.

Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Proficiency with Sage Accounting
Ability to work under pressure
