  • Experience with servers and printer troubleshooting.

  • Perform routine system checks, updates, and backups.
  • Liaise with external IT providers for escalated issues.
  • Ensure all IT equipment is secure and fully operational.
  • Provide user training and support on common IT systems and applications.
