The role requires timely and effective issue resolution, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience, solid knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, and networking.

What you'll do:
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing equipment or software.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and networking issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by ensuring clear, professional communication and prompt issue resolution.
  • Perform on-site support as required to minimise downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and service activities accurately for reporting and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to elevate complex issues and ensure continuous service improvement.
  • Maintain and update equipment, tools, and software necessary for technical support tasks.
