About the Company

The company is the research, development, and innovation arm of a leading creative technology group. It experiments, builds, and launches digital experiences that have never been done before — from games and AR to microsites, gesture tracking, and experimental interactions that push the boundaries of technology.

The Role

The company is seeking a Designer – Interactive Experiences to help shape the future of branded entertainment. This individual should be able to think in motion, draw in dimension, and design for interaction. They will create characters, environments, and user interfaces for games, microsites, and digital experiences that go beyond the expected.

The Designer will collaborate with developers, creative strategists, and account leads to bring each concept to life visually, ensuring every detail looks as good as it feels to play or experience. This is not a static design role — it’s an opportunity to define what comes next in digital creativity, one pixel-perfect idea at a time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design characters, environments, and interface elements for interactive microsites and digital experiences.
  • Build visual systems and component libraries that allow developers to bring designs to life across platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative and development teams to maintain consistency between design intent and final execution.
  • Develop UI and UX flows that feel intuitive, visually engaging, and aligned with brand identity.
  • Create animation-ready assets using tools such as Figma, After Effects, or Blender.
  • Contribute to concept ideation sessions and early-stage prototypes.
  • Translate creative briefs into distinctive visual identities for campaigns and product experiences.
  • Stay up to date with design, motion, and digital art trends to ensure the studio’s output remains fresh, bold, and disruptive.
Experience and Requirements
  • Two to four years of experience in digital, interactive, or motion design.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and designing for interactivity.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Blender, or similar.
  • Confidence collaborating with developers and understanding how assets translate to live builds.
  • Experience designing for microsites, games, AR, or other interactive projects is a strong advantage.
  • Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to make visual moments emotional and memorable.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and curiosity about what drives user engagement.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, craft, and experimentation.
What’s on Offer
  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Flexible working hours and a hybrid model.
  • One-month paid sabbatical after five years of service.
  • The opportunity to work with an award-winning creative technology team.
  • Contribution toward home internet and parking.
  • The freedom to experiment and push creative boundaries.
  • A chance to build a name on work that wins awards and defines the next era of interactive creativity.
Why They’ll Love It Here
  • Because they’re tired of “safe.”
  • Because they want to design experiences that make people stop scrolling.
  • Because they believe bold design transforms ideas into something unforgettable.

Those who want to create work that gets remembered are encouraged to apply and help shape the future of digital experiences.
