You will provide creative direction and hands‑on design expertise, focusing on developing master assets and templates for digital, print, and multimedia use by the wider group and its licensees.
Key Responsibilities
The role is divided into two phases, ensuring you master creative production before transitioning into broader leadership.
- Phase 1: Creative Production & Brand Stewardship (Hands‑On Design)
- Brand Authority – Act as the primary custodian of Seeff's visual integrity. In collaboration with the Strategic Marketing Manager, you will evolve and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines (CI, typography, colour, tone) for all platforms.

- Print & Offline Design – Lead the design of master traditional marketing templates (brochures, flyers, national ads, billboards, signage). Ensure flawless pre‑press production (CMYK, bleed, trim) for professional printing.
- Internal Templates – Design internal corporate templates (presentations, stationery, business cards).
- Multimedia – Provide creative direction for video and multimedia content, including motion graphics, property showcases, and brand stories.
- Creative Workflow – Establish efficient creative workflows and manage a centralized library of design assets for internal teams and branches.
- Phase 2: Growth into Creative Leadership & Team Enablement (Head of Design)
- Creative Direction – Lead the conceptualisation and development of major creative campaigns, defining the visual narrative and standards.
- Training & Policy – Develop and implement clear design policies, templates, and best practices to empower local branches to create on‑brand materials independently. Conduct workshops and webinars to train branch teams.
- Collaboration – Work closely with the National Marketing Manager, Head of Content, Technical Digital Marketer | UX / UI, and all branch teams.
