Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the CFO to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization's overarching goals and long-term vision.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of all financial statements and reports.
  • Establish and rigorously monitor internal controls to effectively mitigate financial risks.
  • Maintain strict compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP, tax requirements).
  • Oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounts payable / receivable, payroll, treasury, audit coordination, and procurement policy implementation.
  • Spearhead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Champion talent development, performance management, and succession planning within the finance function.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring efficient and effective communication and support.
  • Drive functional improvements through the strategic application of technology and robust systems management.
Requirements
  • Must have a Master's degree (e.g., MBA or MFin).
  • Professional Certification (CA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA) is a minimum requirement.
