Wonderful.ai is seeking a Deployment Strategist to lead enterprise AI deployments from scoping to production. The role focuses on delivering measurable outcomes, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure successful launches across platforms and AI agents.

You will own requirements, timelines and success metrics, align Product, Engineering, and customer teams, and drive improvements based on production performance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in technical program management or delivery roles.
• Strong project management, organization and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead delivery of Wonderful’s platform and AI agents for enterprise customers.
• Scope requirements, success metrics, and integration plans for POCs and onboardings.
• Coordinate platform implementation, integrations, and agent refinement toward production launches.
• Align Product, Engineering, and customer teams on deliverables, timelines, and SLAs.
• Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers throughout delivery lifecycle.
• Monitor AI agent performance in production and drive follow-up improvements.
• Identify and develop new AI use cases with customers to expand adoption and impact.

OfferZen's client, Wonderful.ai is hiring for a Deployment Strategist to join their growing team!

Wonderful.ai is a young start-up with $300M raised, and is now valued at $2B after 18 months of operations. They've grown to 600 employees across 32 countries, with an engineering team that includes people from Google, Palantir, Databricks, Microsoft, and Slack.They enable enterprises to build, test, deploy, and monitor AI agents for theirmost complex needs, serving customers and employees seamlessly across voice, chat,email, and back-office systems in any language or cultural context.

Role Overview

As a Deployment Strategist at Wonderful, you’ll own the successful delivery of AIsolutions for enterprise customers — turning ambitious AI initiatives into real,measurable outcomes.

You’ll lead complex implementations from early scoping through production launch,working closely with customers and internal teams to align on requirements, timelines,and success metrics. You’ll ensure that each deployment is well-coordinated, executedon time, and set up to scale.

This role is ideal for people who enjoy operating at the intersection of technology,execution, and customer collaboration, and who take pride in making complex projectsland smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in technical program management, delivery,consulting, investment banking, or fast-growing startups
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
• Comfort working with technical concepts such as APIs, data flows, andsystem integrations
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep complex efforts movingforward
• Proactive, hands-on mindset and interest in AI-driven products
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

Nice to Have

• Engineering background or prior hands-on technical experience
• Experience working in a high-growth or early-stage startup environment
• Experience supporting production software launches and ongoingoperations
