Job description

A well-established Dental Practice in Pretoria East is seeking a permanent, friendly, and professional Dental Receptionist to join their team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, energetic, driven, and a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience with the Exact billing system will be an advantage.

Applicants must demonstrate professionalism, place patients’ needs first, and maintain a welcoming and supportive environment. A reliable vehicle, punctuality, and a well-groomed appearance are essential. Previous dental reception experience will be highly beneficial.

Remuneration: Starting at R15 000 (before deductions)
Ideal starting date: ASAP
Working hours: 07:30 – 16:45, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday mornings (07:30 – 12:00) every second week if required.
