Main job function

We are seeking a dynamic receptionist to join our front-office team. The role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Booking and managing appointments
  • Confirming treatment plans before appointments
  • Receiving and processing payments promptly
  • Liaising with referrers and laboratories
  • Providing excellent communication and support to patients and colleagues

Administrative Skills: Proficiency in tasks like word processing, data entry, scheduling, and managing emails and databases.

Computer Skills: Ability to use dental practice management software (like Dentrix) and other office applications.

Customer Service: Exceptional ability to interact with patients and provide a professional, friendly, and empathetic experience.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients, colleagues, and insurance companies.

Organization: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain an organized work environment in a busy dental practice.

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unexpected situations and address issues calmly and efficiently.
