Responsibilities
  • Booking and managing appointments
  • Confirming treatment plans before appointments
  • Receiving and processing payments promptly
  • Liaising with referrers and laboratories
  • Providing excellent communication and support to patients and colleagues

  • Administrative Skills: Proficiency in tasks like word processing, data entry, scheduling, and managing emails and databases
  • Computer Skills: Ability to use dental practice management software (like Dentrix) and other office applications
  • Customer Service: Exceptional ability to interact with patients and provide a professional, friendly, and empathetic experience
