Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role located in the City of Cape Town for a Demi Chef De Partie.

The Demi Chef De Partie will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of food, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and working closely with the executive chef and other kitchen staff.

Daily tasks include ingredient preparation, cooking, plating dishes, and ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly.
