Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel activity across South Africa. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone to book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.

As a remote role, you will maintain accurate records in Salesforce and SalesLoft, continuously testing messaging and improving targeting.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role
• Agency or SaaS experience a plus
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline
• Gritty, curious and coachable
