Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of Matric/NQF 4.
• 3 years Senior Operations Management experience managing an FTE of 150+.
• BPO industry experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance and achievement of team leader KPIs.
• Drive a high-performance environment ensuring client objectives are achieved.
• Support the Client Director with maintaining good client interactions.
