Role: Delivery Lead

Location: Remote until further notice

About the role:

Brandtech+ is seeking a talented and versatile Delivery Lead to join our in‑house studio. Working with the Project Managers and Account Managers, the Delivery Lead has strategic oversight of each market (Global and SN) and ensures the account is resourced efficiently. Liaising with each market, the Delivery Lead helps to assess capacity levels at key milestones before the projects land and works with the teams to provide resource solutions to support each project.

What You'll be Doing:

• Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project managers to implement those decisions
• Meeting with clients, stakeholders and project managers to report on project progress
• Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage
• Taking full responsibility for relationship management, cost, quality, and delivery
• Overseeing from start to finish the creative and production process
• Proactively identifying and implementing improvements to processes
• Delegating, guiding and advising the Project Managers and supervising their work to ensure they have a clear understanding of what is required of them, and that they are delivering work to the expected standard
• Collaborating with Account Director to manage and communicate how the project is tracking, escalating any concerns and working through solutions
• Making sure the team stay true to the creative vision and brand
• Setting good and clear objectives for the day to day running of project timelines
• Being a champion of effective and personable communications with all stakeholders
• Scheduling internal stand‑ups for the full project team and support Project Manager to ensure efficient production execution and a balanced allocation of workload
• Provide job reporting to Senior Management on a regular basis to ensure projects are running correctly to scope, schedule and quality
• Find solutions to deliver on time and mitigate risks
• Work with the Programme Manager on processes for delivery to continually improve our ways of working
• A strong background in FMCG online, social and e‑commerce

What You'll Need:

• The ability to manage a heavy workload under pressure by effectively prioritising, planning ahead and overseeing multiple tasks at any one time
• Strong track record in executing creative production and adaptations
• A good knowledge of digital, social moving image production
• Strong experience in the FMCG arena
• Always drive efficiency and creative excellence
• A strong background in managing and motivating a team of Project Managers. You will be a leader in the studio so having a positive solution driven mindset is hugely important.
• Used to working on fast paced adaptations
• The ability to effectively guide and delegate work to more junior members of the team
• Be solution driven and able to put out fires quickly
• Previous experience of Resource and Production services sourcing
• The ability to analyse, interpret and explain statistical information
• Have a positive, can‑do outlook, willing to leverage past experience to provide the best solution for each project you own
• Champion effective and personable communications with all stakeholders
• Use initiative and be proactive in everything you do
• Have the ability to persuade and negotiate in order to reach the best possible outcome for both the Agency and its clients
