The Mission

We’re on the hunt for an IT Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of our company’s Transport Management System (TMS) across Release 1 and Release 2.

You’ll operate as a capacity‑based delivery lead, steering multiple IT teams under governance while making sure plans turn into reality—on time, on budget, and with minimal chaos.

This is not a “watch from the sidelines” role. You’ll be deep in the action—planning, aligning, reporting, solving, and delivering.

What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Superpowers in Action)

• Own day‑to‑day IT delivery across all TMS teams
• Drive delivery against plans, milestones, checkpoints, and governance forums
• Implement IT governance and PMO procedures like a pro
• Manage the full project ecosystem: risks, issues, dependencies, scope, change, resources, and deliverables
• Coordinate testing, deployment, cutover, go‑live and post‑go‑live support
• Align cross‑team delivery across design → build → test → launch → PGLS
• Facilitate post‑implementation reviews and continuous improvement
• Act as a Delivery Lead, meeting operational, contractual, and financial commitments
• Spot opportunities for up‑sell and cross‑sell while delivering quality outcomes
• Mentor and guide teams, strengthening project muscle across the board
