Job summary

Kabstrading Co in Richards Bay is seeking a delivery driver to transport customer, fleet and modified production vehicles between facilities. You will collect automotive parts, kits and supplies from suppliers, transfer stock between sites, and deliver orders to customers and external partners.

You will also complete delivery notes and proof of delivery, load and unload cargo, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain driver logs, plan routes, and ensure compliance with safety

Responsibilities

• Transport customer, fleet and modified production vehicles safely between facilities.
• Collect automotive parts, modification kits and supplies from suppliers and vendors.
• Transfer stock, equipment and consumables between company sites and workshops.
• Deliver parts and orders to customers and external partners.
• Complete delivery notes, inspection forms and proof of delivery accurately.
• Load, secure and unload cargo safely.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Inspect vehicles and record existing damage before transportation.
• Maintain accurate driver logs, delivery receipts and fuel records.
• Plan safe and efficient routes to meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain clean transport vehicles and report mechanical issues promptly.
• Comply with road laws, safety regulations and company driving policies.
