Minimum Requirements

• National Senior Certificate (Matric)
• Valid driver's licence essential; Code 10 or EC1 with PrDP
• Proven clean driving record
• At least 2 years of professional driving experience
• Excellent time management and customer service skills
• Physically fit and able to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items for extended periods
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated work history with at least two contactable references (not older than 3 years)
• Willingness to work on weekends when required

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load, transport, and deliver goods to clients or businesses within scheduled timeframes
• Verify order accuracy before and after delivery to ensure completeness and customer satisfaction
• Assist with loading and unloading items from company vehicles
• Provide professional customer service, respond to queries, and resolve client complaints courteously
• Follow designated delivery routes and adhere to time schedules
• Comply with all transportation regulations and maintain a clean driving record
• Complete delivery-related documentation and reports accurately
• Operate vehicles and machinery, including cars, trucks, etc.
• Support warehouse operations and maintain housekeeping standards
• Perform basic furniture repairs and restoration tasks as required
