Placements24 is seeking a talented dApp Developer to join their Port Elizabeth team. You will design and build front-end and back-end components of decentralized applications, working with smart contract developers and UI/UX designers to create performant user experiences.

You will work in a hybrid setup, engaging with blockchain networks, libraries, and modern web technologies to deliver secure, scalable dApps that power crypto projects in the Eastern Cape.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a dApp Developer or full-stack developer with blockchain experience.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (React, Vue, Angular) and smart contract interaction libraries (Web3.js, Ethers.js).
• Experience with backend development languages and frameworks (Node.js, Python/Django).
• Strong understanding of blockchain principles, particularly Ethereum and smart contract interaction.
• Familiarity with decentralized storage solutions and other Web3 technologies is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting in Port Elizabeth.
