• Capture EFT payments from the bank statements & close off related invoices on SAP.
• Ensure effective credit control, timely debt collection and accurate debtors reporting.

Debtors Supervisor – MID578

Location: City Deep, Johannesburg

Responsibilities

• Manage and Monitor all aspects of the Debtors Department
• Manage debtors book
• Capture EFT payments from the bank statements & close off related invoices on SAP
• Vet new account applications & apply for cover from CGIC
• Ensure effective credit control, timely debt collection and accurate debtors reporting
• Assist with development and maintenance of standard operating procedures for the debtors functions

Education

• National Senior Certificate (Non-negotiable)

Experience

• 3 – 5 years’ experience as a Debtors Supervisor with high book value
• Experience working on SAP Business One & MS Office
