Our client, a privately owned dealer in the motor industry, is seeking an experienced Debtors Clerk to join their finance team in Sandton. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong reconciliation skills and proven experience in managing debtor accounts.

POSITION INFO :

📍 Location : Northern Suburbs, Sandton – Johannesburg

💰 Salary : R18 000 - R20 000 CTC per month

Requirements :

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Debtors Clerk
• SAGE experience is essential
• Motor Industry Experience Advantageous
• Experience with TMS or similar software is advantageous
• Strong reconciliation and reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Key Responsibilities :

• Full debtors function, including capturing and reconciling accounts
• Following up on outstanding payments and managing collections
• Preparing debtor reports and ensuring accuracy in records
• Assisting with month-end close and audit preparation
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
