Qualifications
- 34 years experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Solid understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA 85 of 1993).
- Knowledge of handling Dangerous Goods is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile purchase orders and verify re-deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records and resolve delivery issues.
- Promote compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support internal and external customers.
- Coordinate relevant team members for efficient operations.

Minimum Requirements
- Education : Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification.

Key Responsibilities
Debriefing & Administration
- Reconcile purchase orders, collect supporting documentation, and verify re-deliveries against trip sheets and proof of deliveries.
- Verify each purchase order for date, full name, and signature of the Receiving Clerk.
- Maintain accurate records, reconciliations, and administrative documentation.
- Resolve any driver or delivery issues that arise during the shift.
- Manage dispatch-related matters promptly and efficiently.
Compliance
- Operate within company controls and procedures to ensure data and operational integrity.
- Report any risks or areas of concern to management.
- Promote compliance with all relevant regulations to prevent fruitless, wasteful, and irregular expenditure.
Customer Service
- Support internal and external customers while maintaining effective working relationships.
- Identify and resolve operational issues in line with company values.
- Contribute to a culture of customer focus and service excellence.
People Management
- Coordinate and support relevant team members to ensure efficient operations, cost control, and adherence to safety standards.
Essential Knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience using SAP.
