A leading financial administration firm in Johannesburg is seeking a Dealing & Settlements Officer for a hybrid role. You will handle transaction execution, client settlements, and record-keeping, backed by your settlements experience and financial market knowledge. Candidates should possess at least a Grade 12 certificate and ideally have a relevant degree. This role offers a flexible work environment and various health and wellbeing rewards.
Dealing & Settlements Officer Location : Johannesburg (Hybrid) – 12 Months Fixed Term Contract.
You'll be based in the Johannesburg office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home some of your working week.

Accurately capture instructions timeously.
Accurate record keeping in a safe and secure manner.
You will bring hands-on settlements experience, backed by good financial market knowledge and a keen eye for detail.
An understanding of Strate and CSDP environments, accuracy, and timely execution of transactions.
A commitment to regulatory compliance and secure record-keeping to support operational excellence.
