Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, talented and creative Media and Marketing Assistant to join our team in the automotive industry.

This role will be responsible for assisting with marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence, engage with potential customers, and drive sales growth across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, have a passion for the automotive industry, stay up-to-date with the latest vehicles and social media trends, and be able to craft compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understanding of different types of vehicles (Identify models, makes, variations)
  • Running of VIN numbers on the system
  • Extracting service history from the system
  • Maintain and update website content
  • Take videos and pictures of vehicles and upload on system; Post and create live posts on the system for sales
  • Assist with marketing initiatives
  • Assist with digital campaigns (e.g., Google and Facebook Ads)
  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC, display, etc.)
  • Coordinate and schedule social media posts, monitor engagement, and report on performance
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing activities
  • Administer updates, contact lists, and ensure compliant data practices
  • Assist with marketing documentation, purchase orders, invoicing, and budget tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Marketing, Communications qualification, or a related field a plus
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Media, Marketing Specialist / Expert in the automotive industry or a similar field
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
  • Ability to create high‑quality visual content using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
  • Experience with paid social media advertising and budgeting
