Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in dealer network administration or automotive operations.
• Familiarity with NEV market trends and technologies.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with CRM or dealer management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Execute all dealer-related administrative tasks promptly and accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date dealer records, agreements, and compliance documentation.
• Support onboarding processes for new dealers and ensure adherence to BYD standards.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Prepare dashboards, charts, and reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights to improve dealer performance.
• Serve as the primary liaison between BYD departments and dealer partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners.
• Facilitate communication and resolve issues promptly.
