Job summary

A leading automotive company in South Africa seeks a Dealer Network Administrator to manage dealer-related administrative tasks, collect and analyze data, and coordinate with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Automotive Management and a minimum of 3 years of experience in dealer network administration. Key Responsibilities
Administrative Excellence
  • Execute all dealer-related administrative tasks promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date dealer records, agreements, and compliance documentation.
  • Support onboarding processes for new dealers and ensure adherence to BYD standards.
Data Management & Reporting
  • Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources (sales, inventory, service performance).
  • Prepare dashboards, charts, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide insights to improve dealer performance.
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Serve as the primary liaison between BYD departments (sales, marketing, finance, after-sales) and dealer partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners and investors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Facilitate communication and resolve issues promptly to maintain trust and efficiency.
Industry & Product Knowledge
  • Maintain a strong understanding of dealer network structures and best practices.
  • Stay informed about BYD's NEV product portfolio and industry developments to provide accurate information and guidance.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years in dealer network administration or automotive operations.
