Dealer Development and Marketing Co-Ordinator – Isando
Job Purpose
To lead and manage the national dealer development roll-out, ensuring full compliance with brand CI standards, dealership infrastructure, and network readiness. This role acts as the central point of coordination between internal departments, dealers, and contractors, with a strong focus on project management, CI alignment, reporting, and marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Full management and oversight of the dealer development roll-out plan.
- Ensure dealer-level brand CI alignment and compliance.
- Ensure all facility signage and visibility elements meet the required standards and guidelines.
- Oversee updates and developments related to customer facilities from marketing and other departments.
- Act as liaison for dealer teams and external contractors.
- Prepare and present project updates for weekly and monthly internal meetings.
- Compile and distribute monthly reporting.
- Maintain project pipeline completeness and timeline accuracy.
- Manage time schedules, cost tracking, and project support reporting.
- Align dealer status with sales and network management departments.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports on project timelines.
- Conduct regular national-level site visits with audit teams.
- Liaise directly with dealer principals regarding roll-out tracking and project progress.
- Ensure alignment and execution of policies during roll-out.
- Collaborate with finance on dealer account management, including invoice follow-ups and payment processes.
- Audit dealer network displays and communication materials to ensure CI guideline adherence.
- Manage POS ordering and compliance with CI standards.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing events (head office, branches, dealer network).
- Maintain marketing network database and distribution lists.
- Coordinate in-house training sessions, including bookings, attendance, and logistics.
- Assist with the development and roll-out of online training platforms and technical updates.
- Manage multiple departmental projects simultaneously.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 24 years experience in a similar role with relevant knowledge.
- Direct OEM Project Management / Dealer Development experience non-negotiable.
- Proven track record in project management.
- Valid Code 8 driver's license.
