Responsibilities

• Screening of new potential deals
• Analyse and interpret financial statements and reports
• Building a referral network for deals
• Participate in due diligence activities for potential new loan deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate loan processing
• Follow up on due diligence documents and consolidate information
• Compile credit committee summary and proposal
• Conduct onsite client visits to assess viability of deals
• Build relationships with current customers for re-structures and renewals
• Manage post term sheet deals
• Conduct insurance cessions
• Perform bank verifications
• Review legal documents
• Ensure CPs fulfillment
• Liaise regarding bond registrations
