Our client, a leader in dewatering solutions, is seeking reliable and safety-conscious Pump Attendants to join our temporary workforce pool. The successful candidates will be deployed to various sites to monitor and support pump operations during dewatering activities, ensuring equipment runs efficiently and safely.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Monitor dewatering pumps on-site to ensure continuous operation
  • Conduct basic inspections of pipes, hoses, cables, and equipment
  • Report faults, stoppages, leaks, or safety risks immediately
  • Assist with simple maintenance such as clearing blockages and debris
  • Check and record fuel levels, water flow, and pump running hours
  • Support start-up, shut-down, and relocation of pumps where required
  • Maintain housekeeping around pump area to prevent hazards
  • Comply with safety standards, PPE requirements, and site rules
Requirements

  • Drivers Licence essential
  • Previous pump or construction site experience is advantageous
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify irregularities
  • Willingness to work shifts, nights, weekends, and remote areas
