Responsibilities

• Manage a team ensuring adherence to policies and processes.
• Hold daily SGM meetings for performance and training needs.
• Assist in staff planning based on volume and budget.
• Action daily/weekly reporting and compliance adherence.

Computer skills on MS Office (Word and Excel)

WM Systems understanding

Financial background – Budget and Cost Management

Understanding of handling IR related issues

Understanding of housekeeping and the 5S approach
