• Manage the operations of the Distribution Centre according to customer requirements.
• Develop and execute operational plans that support business strategy.
• Maximise efficiency and productivity levels of the operation.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer satisfaction levels.
• Produce operational reports for management as required.
