Job summary

A leading insurance company is looking for a motivated individual for a call center position in Johannesburg. You will identify sales opportunities, handle customer inquiries, and perform administrative tasks. Candidates should have at least 1 year of sales experience and Life product knowledge. Key purpose

This position is based in the Discovery Connect Sales call centre, and reports to the sales team leader. The successful individual will be required to conduct Discovery Life telesales.

The successful individual will be required to perform on, but not limited to the following key outputs:
