A leading financial services provider in Durban is seeking a motivated individual for a telesales role in their sales call centre. This position requires achieving sales targets, conducting financial needs analysis, and effective communication with members. Ideal candidates will have sales experience, particularly in outbound telesales, and must demonstrate a strong ability to work under pressure. The role offers growth opportunities in a dynamic team environment.
Identifying sales opportunities.
Answering inbound calls timeously and making required outbound calls.
Co‑ordination of own administration.
This position is based in the Discovery Connect Sales call centre, and reports to the sales team leader. The successful individual will be required to conduct Discovery Life telesales.
Minimum 1 year Life product knowledge; Discovery Life Knowledge is an advantage.
