Une entreprise dynamique dans le secteur de l'assurance recherche un consultant en ventes pour son centre d'appels Discovery Connect. Le candidat idéal sera axé sur les résultats et possédera une expérience significative en télémarketing, prêt à atteindre des objectifs de vente tout en fournissant un excellent service à la clientèle. Les compétences en PC et la maîtrise de l'anglais et de l'afrikaans sont essentielles.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en vente, de préférence dans un environnement de télémarketing.
  • Connaissance des produits à court terme et connaissance de Discovery Insure sont des atouts.
  • Capacité à apprendre rapidement et à appliquer ses connaissances.

Responsibilities

  • Identifier des opportunités de vente et effectuer des appels sortants.
  • Répondre aux appels entrants rapidement et effectuer l'administration nécessaire.
  • Conduire des analyses des besoins financiers et atteindre les objectifs de vente.

Identifying sales opportunities.

Answering inbound calls timeously and making required outbound calls

Co-ordination of own administration

Identifying sales opportunities

Maintaining accurate details and statistics of all queries

Key purpose

This position is based in the Discovery Connect Sales call centre, and reports to the sales team leader. The successful individual will be required to conduct Discovery Insure telesales.

Key Outputs

The successful individual will be required to perform on, but not limited to the following key outputs:

• Achieve Insure Sales target

•Communication to members telephonically via fax and email

•Attending to general administration

•Conduct Financial Needs Analysis

• Achieve quality target

•Overcome objections

•Adhering to service level agreements

Qualification & Experience

• Matric

• At least 2 years sales experience, preferably in an outbound telesales environment

Minimum 2 years short-term product knowledge, Discovery Insure Knowledge is an advantage

• PC literacy, email, word, excel

•Tertiary qualification an advantage

•NQF5 and RE5 qualification
