Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and best practices.
  • Maintain systems and technologies to support information management.
  • Oversee office facilities, space planning, equipment, and supplies.
  • Train, coach, and mentor DC Administrators.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Provide excellent service to local and international customers and distributors.
  • Handle key accounts, resolve complaints and issues promptly.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in administrative processes.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop policies to safeguard assets and confidential information.
Qualifications
  • BCom in Logistics, or Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Logistics, or Degree in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Relevant qualification from the South African Production and Inventory Control Society.
  • Minimum of 6+ years in an administrative role.
  • 2–5 years in a managerial position.
  • Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Working knowledge and experience in inventory management practices and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong accountability and the courage to hold self and others accountable.
  • Strategic thinker, relationship builder, and problem solver.
