Responsibilities

• Database administration: Ensure database remains efficient and secure. Fine tune configurations, optimizes resource allocation, ensure and implements best practices.


• Database performance tuning and management: Performance tuning and management for optimized data operations e.g. scalability and efficiency. Ensures peak performance through continuous monitoring.


• Continuous Service Improvement: Proactive approach to database management by continually evaluating performance and security through monitoring, trending topics to ensure long term resilience.
  Trouble shooting and problem diagnosis to resolve issues logged via support system.


• Database security: Ensures data remain confidential and compliant including masking techniques, encryption and access controls.


• Infrastructure support: 24hr support to resolve issues by doing proactive monitoring and problem resolution. Minimal downtime


• Integration with Microsoft Azure: Monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines.
