About this Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive data support professional to join our team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our business-critical systems.

You will be responsible for maintaining campaign processes, optimising SQL performance, and assisting with system improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain scheduling and automation tools to streamline workflows.
  • Import, validate, and monitor daily data files to guarantee accuracy and consistency.
  • Optimise SQL queries and maintain database performance to ensure seamless data retrieval.
  • Assist with database maintenance, backups, and security to prevent data loss or corruption.
  • Support stakeholders with reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting to resolve complex issues.
  • Test new functionality and contribute ideas for process improvements to drive continuous growth.
Requirements
  • You should have an IT Diploma (minimum), Degree preferred, with strong technical skills and knowledge.
  • At least 1 year of SQL experience, preferably in a contact centre or BPO environment.
  • Familiarity with MS SQL Server, SSRS, APIs, and MS Office is essential for success in this role.
