Collaborate with business units, design experiments, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. You will work with engineers to deploy models into production, using Python/R, SQL, and ML libraries

Qualifications

Master's degree or Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist with a strong focus on predictive modeling.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R and SQL.
Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
Strong understanding of statistical concepts and experimental design.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement predictive models using statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses.
Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
