Job summary

Overall Purpose of the Role

Develop, maintain, and automate marketing data operations and reporting processes for CLM and digital campaigns, ensuring robust data pipelines, consistent metrics, and timely insights that drive business growth.

Experience and Skills Required
Core Competencies
  • SQL (joins, window functions, CTEs).
  • BI / dashboarding (Tableau, Power BI or similar).
  • Data modelling basics and ETL / ELT concepts.
  • Python for data prep and simple analyses.\li>Version control and documentation hygiene.

Communication: crisp stakeholder updates and requirements capture.

Experience with AI & Data analytics

Nice to Have
  • Experience with a CDP (e.g., Segment) and event tracking governance.
  • Familiarity with CLM tooling and campaign platforms.
  • Exposure to MoEngage or similar orchestration and transformation tools.
Qualifications

Relevant certifications in BI / analytics advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day marketing data operations: ingest, QA and publish audience and performance datasets.
  • Build and automate dashboards for CLM and Digital (campaign performance, audience size / quality, conversion and retention trends).
  • Partner with Marketing to define and standardise metrics, dimensions and taxonomies across PODs.
  • Work with Engineering to improve event instrumentation coverage and data quality in the CDP.
  • Create clear documentation and data dictionaries; maintain dashboard / catalog change logs.
  • Contribute to backlog grooming and sprint delivery; proactively flag data quality issues and risks.
  • Support handover from external vendor by reproducing critical dashboards and processes in-house.
