You will collaborate with Operational Management and multiple stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making and to support the execution of strategic projects that enhance performance and profitability.

The ideal candidate has a degree in actuarial science, data science or mathematical statistics, plus 2+ years of analytics experience and strong SQL/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data analytics experience.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills.
• Actuarial, data science or statistics background preferred.
• CT Series completion advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive data-driven decision-making with stakeholders across IT, Digital, Actuarial and Operations.
• Build analytical solutions and predictive models to support business objectives.
• Translate analytical results into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for decision makers.
• Participate in strategic projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
