Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in business analysis, data management or analytics in the financial services industry.
• 3+ years' relevant experience as a Data Management Analyst, Governance Analyst, Data Steward or similar role.
• 2 years' experience in the Medical Scheme industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business data owners to drive adoption of data governance best practices.
• Develop understanding of the Scheme's data.
• Implement procedures for effective data management.
